Return & Refund Policy

How LaunchRoom LLC handles subscription refunds, cancellations, and billing issues for LaunchRoom.

Overview

LaunchRoom is a software-as-a-service product. We do not sell physical goods. This policy explains what to expect if you want to cancel, request a refund, or resolve a billing issue.

Our goal is simple: if you are charged for something you cannot use, did not intend to buy, or believe was billed in error, we want to fix it quickly. Email support@launchingroom.com and we will work it out.

Subscription refunds

LaunchRoom is billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged again at the next renewal.

  • Within 7 days of your first paid charge: if LaunchRoom did not work for your team, email us within 7 days and we will refund that initial charge in full.
  • After 7 days: we do not pro-rate refunds for partially used monthly periods. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access through that date.
  • Annual plans: if you ever move onto an annual plan, contact support within 14 days of the annual charge for a full refund. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active for the full term.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page inside LaunchRoom, or by emailing support@launchingroom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After cancellation, your workspace data is retained according to our Privacy Policy so you can re-activate later without losing it. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Billing questions

For invoice copies, VAT details, billing email changes, or payment method updates, email support@launchingroom.com with your workspace name and the charge in question.

Accidental charges

If you were charged after canceling, charged twice, charged on the wrong card, or charged for a plan you did not intend to subscribe to, email support@launchingroom.com with the charge date and amount. We will investigate and refund any clear error promptly — typically within five business days.

Disputes & chargebacks

Before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. Most billing issues are resolved more quickly by email than through a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback for an active subscription may result in the affected workspace being suspended until the dispute is closed.
