Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LaunchingRoom you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using LaunchingRoom on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access at support@launchingroom.com.

Workspace responsibility

If you invite collaborators into a workspace, you are responsible for the conduct of users in that workspace and for ensuring that any data added is data your team is authorized to use.

Acceptable use

Your use of LaunchingRoom is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits spam, deceptive marketing, abuse, and unauthorized data uploads.

User content and launch data

You retain ownership of the content and launch data you submit. You grant LaunchingRoom a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to deliver the service to you and your workspace.

AI-generated assistance and human review

LaunchingRoom uses AI to draft messaging, suggest plans, and assist with launch tasks. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing, sending, or relying on it.

No automatic publishing promise

LaunchingRoom keeps human approval at the center of launch execution. Unless an integration is explicitly configured and confirmed by you, LaunchingRoom will not automatically publish, send, or post content on your behalf.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid billing requires a configured billing provider before paid checkout can be enabled. Until billing is connected, LaunchingRoom does not collect payment information and no paid plan can be activated.

When billing becomes available, paid plans will renew on the cadence selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Cancellation flows will be available once billing is connected.

Service availability

We work to keep LaunchingRoom available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, and unforeseen incidents may cause downtime.

Disclaimers

LaunchingRoom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchingRoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if you have not made any payment.

Termination

You may stop using LaunchingRoom and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security risk, or where required by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email before they take effect.
