Launch Blueprint
One row in launch_blueprints per launch. Stores product summary, audience, value prop, goal, channels, metrics, risks, and AI recommendations.
Message Lab
Rows in message_blocks. Each block has a title, type, audience, content, and status (draft, review, approved).
Launch Kit
Rows in launch_assets. Tracks name, type, owner, due date, status (Missing, In progress, Ready), and an external file URL.
Tasks
Rows in launch_tasks. Title, description, owner, due date, priority, and status. Used for the work that makes timeline events happen.
Outreach Pipeline
Rows in outreach_contacts. Name, type, channel, status, last contact, next follow-up, notes.
Launch Timeline
Rows in launch_timeline_events. Phase (Pre-launch, Launch day, Post-launch), date, time, owner, status.
Launch Signals
Rows in launch_feedback. Source, category, sentiment, content. Synthesis into themes is manual unless an AI provider is configured.
Launch Debrief
One row per launch in launch_debriefs. Summary, what worked, what underperformed, feedback themes, next actions, next-launch recommendations.
Activity
Rows in activity_logs. Insert-only audit trail of create/update/delete actions, scoped by organization and optionally launch. Surfaced on the dashboard.
